Humor is joy of life. Human beings like to crack jokes when with loved ones; even with strangers occasionally. But taunting and proving rather imposing one’s own viewpoint are other things which have become norms everybody wants to follow religiously. Mostly, discussions remain very casual and finish on a light note. At times, its other way. Wise is he who stops the conversation; changes the topic before it obvious to have a brawl or conflict.
Friendship is a great bonding and should be valued. No one can disagree with the fact that friends are asset. In any odd occasion, the lucid discussion can turn into shaggy dog story and friends can end up parting ways wishing good luck to each other. Such sort of encounter must be avoided.

Zamanay kay andaaz badlay gaey
Naya raag hai saaz badlay gaey
Khirad ko ghulami say aazad kar
Jawanon ko peeron ka ustad kar
Jigar say wohi teer phir par kar
Tamanna ko seenon main bedar kar
Jawanon ko sozi jigar bakhsh de
Mera ishq meri nazar bakhsh de
Pila de mujhe woh may pardah soz
Keh aati nahin fasl-e-gul roz roz
Woh may jis say roshan hai zameer-i-hayaat
Woh may jis say hai mastee-e-kainaat

Inspiring verses of three great poets of all the times:
(GHALIB)
Zahid Sharab Peene Dy Masjid Mein Beth Kar,
Ya Wo Jagah Bata Jahan Per Khuda Na Ho
(IQBAL)
Masjid Khuda Ka Ghar Hai Peene Ki Jagah Nahi,
Kafir K Dil Mein Ja Wahan Khuda Nahi
(FARAZ)
Kafir K Dil Se Aaya Hoon Mein Ye Dekh Kar,
Khuda Mojood Hai Wahan, Magar Usay Pata Nahi

In spare time, I often browse internet and read different articles on the economy, politics, defense, education and development. Over the years, I have observed the element of ‘hope’ is awfully missing in most of the reads I encountered so far.
Hope provides fuel to looking forward to good things. In absence of it, a nation can crumble and hit disaster. Energy and water crisis, limited health facilities, exorbitant price hike, war in our own country, corruption and civil disobedience are few challenges we face today and add to our anxiety level. Going through tough times we are a nation. A world ‘hope’ no matter how little can mend hearts, boost up energies and let us fix all the evil we are living with.
I read somewhere that many of the great achievements of the world were accomplished by tired and discouraged men who kept on working. I find this quote relevant to us. We are working but probably not in the right direction with right frame of mind and with right magnitude of energy. What is missing here is ‘honesty’ and ‘unity’. If we inculcate these two things in our minds and start representing through our actions we can sort out most of the problems.
We are a nation which produces best sports goods, fabric, food & surgical instruments. We have minerals in abundance, cheap labor if not the cheapest & praiseworthy skill set. We have all what it demands to succeed. In presence of such great attributes, we should never disgruntle ourselves. We just need to portray and practice good side of ours to spread hope across the nation. Have faith in yourself and Allah. All the best!

It’s been many days I couldn’t write anything. Today I was searching for a subject but ended up with nothing. So I thought to write whatever comes in my mind. The challenge for a writer could be to find a subject followed by right words, putting them into right order to make sentences acceptable for the reader. If the subject is not good, reader’s interest will go down. If selection of words not fine sentences will lose charm. Writers those want their stories to be read are usually afraid of touching topics which are not well appreciated amongst readers. On the other hand, writers those write for themselves and like to put their thoughts on paper for their very own self don’t care about readers. Such breed of writers is scarce and usually not well received from commercial point of view. I heard someone saying that a well renowned writer discontinued writing after realizing that Allah doesn’t like boasters . He realized that his piece of writings were to get pleasure from praise and money. What sort of writer I’m I don’t know. Will think about it someday and may like to put it on board.

O my Allah
Why am I always short of words?
You know me
My mind…
My mind loaded with many thoughts
Thoughts looking for an EXPRESSION
Expression needs words
Want to say it all
Have words but not many
How can I?
Somebody is talking
I want to add in few
I say something and feel stuck
Words…
Words, not many…
Where are they?
I jog down my memory lane
Pick some and complete my sentences
And move on
I feel stuck again
I look for words
Words are not many
Where are they?
I wander here and there in my memory
Pick some again
Say them all
After sometime again
I feel low on words again
Why?
Where are those words?
I feel as if lost
This time it’s not words
It’s me…
The orator is lost
O Allah
Why am I always short of words?
Why?
